In case of a defects in the goods purchased at sportpros.pl the Buyer should:
If the Buyer decides to return the faulty goods himself, he should not use "cash on delivery" .
In case of a defects in the goods purchased at sportpros.pl the Buyer should:
- send back or deliver the faulty goods to the address of the Internet Shop (AJ Group Sp. z o.o. ul. Bursztynowa 96, Modła Królewska 62-571 Stare Miasto),the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. They will be returned to the Buyer provided that the return is accepted.
- Contact the Online Shop (in writing, by phone or via the contact form) to establish the place and time when the Online Shop, at its own expense, can collect the faulty item by courier or other authorised person.
